UMCI OÜ operates at the intersection of capital, jurisdiction and execution.

We are a principal-led consultancy specialising in the structuring and delivery of cross-border commercial and financial transactions. We work with private clients, family offices, consortia and corporate principals whose objectives cross borders, asset classes and counterparties — and who need a single point of coordination rather than a committee of advisers each holding one part of the picture.

Our role is to ensure that capital, structure and counterparties are aligned, so that opportunities are not only identified but executed: efficiently, discreetly, and without friction.

Regulatory position

We advise, structure and coordinate. We do not hold client money.

UMCI OÜ provides strategic, commercial, operational and treasury advisory services. We do not take deposits, manage portfolios, hold custody of assets, provide payment services or carry out any other activity requiring financial services authorisation.

Every regulated element of a transaction is executed by an appropriately authorised institution or professional, coordinated by us. Clients tell us this clarity is one of the reasons they engage — the boundary is drawn before work begins, not argued about afterwards.

Every mandate follows the same sequence: agreed terms, a written statement of work, a costed proposal, formal acceptance, a named delivery team, monthly reporting, and certificated completion.

The structure is deliberate. It means the client always knows what has been agreed, what is in progress and what has been delivered — and it means the commercial position is never in dispute at the end of a transaction.
