Professional services
Where we operate.
UMCI's professional services are organised into ten families. Services may be commissioned individually or combined within a broader strategic mandate — most substantial mandates draw on several.
Complex mandates rarely need one service.
A single real estate acquisition, for example, will typically comprise strategic advisory, property acquisition consultancy, commercial due diligence coordination, SPV structuring, treasury and banking coordination, professional adviser coordination, project management and a completion fee — each a distinct component, each separately identified in the mandate documentation and reflected transparently in our invoicing.
We scope this way because it is the only honest way to price complex work, and because it means a client can see precisely what they are paying for at every stage.
