You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt or commercially exploit any part without our written permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, UMCI OÜ accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the content of this website, including loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of opportunity.

9. Confidentiality of enquiries

Enquiries submitted through this site are treated as confidential. However, information transmitted over the internet is not inherently secure, and we ask that you do not send confidential transaction details through the enquiry form. Sensitive information should be exchanged only after we have agreed a secure channel.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by Estonian law, and the courts of Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction.
